End of Tenancy Repaint Completed in 48 Hours
A managing agent contacted us to do full 3 bedroom house repaint between tenancies in 48 hours. We managed to get 4 of our team members on the premises to get the job done. Walls, ceilings and skirting boards done as well as a professional clean after to leave the property ready for the new tenants to move in.
Urgent Leak Resolved in Occupied Flat
A leak was reported under the kitchen sink in an occupied flat, with water collecting inside the cabinet. We attended promptly, repaired the faulty pipework, and ensured the area was left clean and dry. The issue was resolved on the first visit with minimal disruption to the tenant.
Door Alignment Issue Fixed Permanently
A tenant reported a door that was sticking and difficult to close. We attended, adjusted the hinges, realigned the frame, and secured all fixings. The door was left operating smoothly, preventing further complaints and repeat callouts.
